This project is over 3 years old but still represents some of our best work to date. In fact, it was the first time we decided to make a return to a dynamic theme which obviously worked out well because this design approach can be seen in a multitude of projects we’ve delivered recently. Everything from the brand to the iPad experience and the marketing website was new from the ground up. About mid-way through the project we received news that branding individual experiences within the digital experiences became necessary, so we tackled that too! Almost every component, even the illustrations we used to represent the skeletal muscular systems were more complex than we ever imagined. After a few failed attempts at finding the right type of illustration, we finally decided to send a group of our designers through a semester long crash course in anatomy so what we did create was anatomically correct and proportioned correctly as well.
Working through the complexities of engineering an end-to-end user experience for an all new patient management and intake software platform was very intimidating. There were layers upon layers of user functions, a ton of customizable user settings and an online patient portal that was added at the 11th hour which essentially doubled the project size. The end product was beautifully executed and impeccably branded. We’ve been told this practice management tool is the finest within all of healthcare and we humbly agree especially after performing a detailed competitive analysis. This was one of the most comprehensive projects we’ve pursued in a very long time and we’re proud to say we pulled it off without a hitch.
