This turned out to be a beautiful project. Simplicity and elegance were top on our list of points to convey and we feel these goals came across clearly. The idea was to build a brand and digital presence that centered around the artistry of bridal fashion but not over power it. As always, distinctive brand characteristics are present but in an understated way. The stacked pinstripe frame, flesh toned accents and ornate but visually subtle background patterns come together with a unique sense of balance that’s easily translated to both digital and physical mediums.
We did not create an app for this particular experience in favor of responsive design. While the popularity of mobile apps remains strong, we felt this was an unnecessary expense for this project. This decision is something that worked out very well in the end and proves that there are effective alternatives to the sometimes unnecessary expense of commissioning mobile app development.
